A rare, large cluster of fossils was found in Touquan Village, a part of
Hebei's Jinxing County, a few days ago. The fossil cluster was identified
as stromatolite, a type of low-grade algae fossil dating back six or
seven hundred million years. The cluster will contribute significantly to
the study of evolution and pre-historic environmental conditions.
