Voting in parliamentary election starts in Japan

Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe speaks to voters on the last day of a
stumping tour before the Sunday's upper house election in Tokyo July 28,
2007. Abe made a last-ditch effort to woo voters on Saturday ahead of an
upper house election in which his ruling bloc looks set to lose its
